A consultant with considerable project and management experience, especially in the health informatics, process management and digital multimedia areas now looking for any opportunity to use his knowledge and experience in the Educational or Private sectors, to fully utilise emerging technologies that will impact their organisations.

Cincinnati Associates was originally setup to provide consultancy service to large organisations in the areas of health informatics, digital multimedia provision, and process management e.g. NHS £6.5 billions National Programme for Information Technology (NPfIT), now known as Connecting for Health. We’ve now expanded into more hands-on healthcare including holistic therapy and counselling services and are looking to share this knowledge and experience in the Education, Public and Private sectors.

My Story:
This Website represents a Cathartic Experiment, and hopefully a Cathartic Experience, which in a real sense applies not only me but anyone who has suffered, or who is still suffering, from the loss of loved ones, and who is trying to understand or come to terms with their grief.

The sole intention of this Website is to act as a sign post to the kinds of books, films, DVDs, activities, and people, who I found helped me in my quest for self-knowledge based on inner and outer personal happiness and freedom; in effect it means understanding how to live every second, of every minute, of every hour, of every day, of every week, of every month, of every year… in the present moment – not in the past, or the future.

The themes and patterns mentioned herein may hopefully be a starting point to help others make sense of what is so often a personal and un-shareable experience. How can anyone understand anything if they don’t firstly know themselves?

If only one sentence from all the gathered wisdom unlocks that secret door leading to peace-of-mind, then this Website will have served its intended purpose.
